With a Master’s in Social Work and specialized certifications in project management (PRINCE2) and healthcare leadership (NHS Leadership Academy), Gillian brings a wealth of experience in clinical mental health, quality improvement, and healthcare transformation. A Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), Gillian has over 5 years of clinical experience in acute mental health and hospital settings. In addition to her clinical experience, Gillian has worked on a range of high-impact healthcare projects in Canada and the United Kingdom.
As a Transformation Project Manager working for the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, Gillian successfully led strategic transformation initiatives, driving both clinical and digital changes, while fostering strong partnerships with clinical and community stakeholders. Gillian’s background also includes experience as a Quality Improvement Specialist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, where she led organization-wide improvement projects and developed and facilitated training on quality improvement for staff.
